While you’d need to be a farmer (or at least own a cow) to put your own dairy milk on the table, setting the table with soy milk won’t require a degree in animal husbandry. I’ve never tried “milking” my own soy bean, but it seems doable (more doable than locating a willing bovine.) But short of the do-it-yourself method, why not try something different the next time you’re strolling through your local grocery store aisles, and pick up the protein that is a half-gallon of soy milk, just to see how it makes that Cap N Crunch taste.
