Today is worldwide Stand Against Poverty Day. In the year 2000, the Millennium Campaign of the United Nations came up with 8 development goals in order to eradicate poverty. Six years later, progress has been made, but there is still a long way to go to accomplishing everything by 2015. But you can help. Today, declare your support in the fight against poverty.
