Our busy world seems to be in such a rush most days. So, slowing things down can be good for our soul and good for our planet. Today, try to do something slower than normal. Drive the speed limit. Bake your own bread. Smell a flower. Pack your lunch and have a picnic at work. Have a real (in person, face-to-face) conversation with someone. Listen to everything your child tells you about their day. Walk to the store or your friend’s house. Take a deep breath. Go to bed an hour early. Then, do it all again next week.
