If you’re getting revved up to get your grill on this summer, make sure you’re going green when it’s time to barbecue. If you don’t have a grill, gas grills, rather than charcoal, are a better eco bet (although some charcoal can be better than others). And, if you’re in the market, don’t get one that’s bigger than you really need for most meals, since you’ll be wasting heat.
